Chattanooga, TN — The Chattanooga Association of REALTORS® recently signed an agreement to implement Catylist’s marketing-based, commercial information system and make it available to all of its members. Now, by means of the Catylist CIE system, all Tennessee Valley CLS members will have access to a single online source for sharing and promoting commercial property information statewide ? and simultaneously nation-wide via the exclusive Catylist hub & spoke system.

Scheduled to launch December 10, 2007, the new platform will feature detailed information on thousands of commercial real estate properties available for sale or lease throughout SE Tennessee, NW Georgia and NE Alabama. Members of the Tennessee Valley CLS will have access to a full-featured marketing system with the ability to concurrently market properties locally and nationally, promote themselves, create high-end marketing presentations, communicate with local and national members as well as many other advanced features of the website. The public will be able to view information on members, companies, and search available property listings at www.tennesseevalleycls.com.
