Catylist Launches Next-Generation Search Engine for Commercial Real Estate
June 1, 2008 - Catylist, the nation’s leading provider of marketing-based commercial information exchange (CIE) technology for commercial real estate communities and brokerage firms recently unveiled the most technologically advanced search interface in the industry. The new scenario-based search engine has been updated throughout the Catylist Network which includes over 35 locally-operated commercial information exchanges as well as Catylist’s National Commercial Marketplace, Commercial IQ, www.commercialiq.com.
The system allows users to refine their search by adding/removing a multitude of real-time filters. The instantaneous search results provide users with a more efficient means of quickly identifying properties that match their specific criteria. The online display options have been revamped to include list, expanded and map view. Advanced mapping and aerial tools incorporate varying perspectives from Google Maps, Google Street View, and Microsoft Virtual Earth Bird’s Eye. In addition, all listings contain basic demographic data. Full-members have access to comprehensive demographic reports available to download in PDF or an Excel export.
