Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of REALTORS® Renews Catylist CIE Contract for a Third Consecutive Term
Tampa - September 22, 2008 – The Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of REALTORS® (FGCAR) recently extended their Commercial Information Exchange (CIE) contract with Chicago-based, Catylist Inc. through 2011. Catylist developed the online CIE for FGCAR in 2002.
“With our current Catylist contract nearing expiration, FGCAR had a fiscal responsibility to evaluate all available listing services through an RFP process. In the end, our board voted to remain with Catylist and the system that we have relied on for the past six years,” said Lois Kostroski, FGCAR Executive Vice President. “The Catylist CIE service consistently ranks as one of our highest-rated benefits by FGCAR members. In our most recent survey, over 89% said the CIE was valuable for their business. This very much reinforces our Association’s commitment to its premier service.
